This yoga class is designed specifically for tennis players who want to move smarter, hit cleaner, and recover faster. We’ll use props, wall work, and targeted poses to:
Train rotational strength (essential for groundstrokes)
Build single-leg stability (key for recovery steps)
Improve posture and alignment (for consistency and endurance)
And maybe you’ll feel the difference on the court—not just on the mat!
