Join Yoga Cville and Mary Bridle for a Yoga for Back Care workshop. Mary will guide you through a series of yoga movements designed to protect the back and strengthen core muscles.
Back care yoga uses gentle poses and stretches to improve spine health, flexibility, and strength, making it beneficial for people of all ages and abilities.
Did you know that moving your body can, in many cases, help alleviate pain? A growing body of research suggests that yoga can be an effective way to reduce the intensity of chronic low back pain and make everyday movements more comfortable.
In this workshop, enjoy key poses to help relieve tension and support the spine while learning modifications and proper alignment to promote postural health.
