Building Strength, Stability & Confidence
Discover how yoga can support bone health through thoughtful movement, precise alignment, and intelligent use of props.
In this two-part workshop, explore spine and hip anatomy, the importance of weight-bearing poses, and how strength, posture, and balance support healthy movement. Learn which actions support bone health, which movements may require modification, and how to adapt familiar poses for greater safety and stability.
Through progressive sequencing and individualized guidance, develop practical tools for building a sustainable yoga practice that supports strength, mobility, and confidence at every stage of life.
A complete practice sequence will be presented on both Saturdays as well as reference material as a takeaway.
