Building strength plays a vital role in enhancing daily activities and excelling in sports that demand strength, mobility, and agility. Strengthening our muscles not only makes everyday tasks easier but also boosts our performance in dynamic sports.
Combining strength training with practices like yoga creates a balanced approach, improving muscle power, flexibility, and balance—key components for maintaining agility at all ages and fitness levels.
In this workshop, we will use a combination of body weight, light hand weights, various props, and the yoga wall to build strength in targeted areas.
