Yoga for Neck and Shoulders

If you have been experiencing stiffness or a slight tightness in your upper body—particularly in areas such as the neck, shoulders, or upper back—this workshop is designed to provide you with some much-needed relief.
Join Yoga Cville and instructor Amy Stewart for a carefully guided practice featuring a series of yoga poses. These poses are specifically chosen to gently stretch and loosen the neck, lengthen and strengthen the spine, and open up the chest and shoulders. The goal is to help alleviate neck pain and improve overall upper body comfort.
Additionally, the session includes poses that strengthen the upper back and shoulders, which can help prevent future neck pain by supporting proper posture and muscle balance. Leave feeling less stiff, more relaxed, and rejuvenated.
