Plus, the ropes help decompress the spine, providing relief from back discomfort. The ropes can be your ally in maintaining balance and offer a gentle approach to achieving postures.
We’ll utilize the yoga wall and straps to support your body and anchor your feet, allowing you to hold poses longer, refine your breathing, and explore your asanas more deeply.
