Yoga Rope Wall Flow

Saturday, September 12
9:00am - 10:30am

For many yoga students, vinyasa builds strength, rhythm, and flow—yet the rope wall opens an entirely different conversation with gravity, support, and alignment. This workshop is designed to bridge those two worlds.

At Yoga Cville, we’ll use the precision of the Iyengar method to transition familiar vinyasa patterns into intelligent rope wall work. You’ll explore how the wall can refine alignment, deepen awareness, and safely support strength-building and inversion preparation.

Through guided progressions, we’ll work with standing actions, shoulder organization, core integration, and supported inversions. The ropes become a teaching tool—helping you feel more clearly how to engage without gripping, stabilize without stiffness, and lift without strain.

This workshop is ideal for Iyengar yoga students, Vinyasa yoga students, and others who are curious about a safe rope wall practice.
